側(cè)鏈型磺化聚芳醚陽(yáng)離子交換膜在微生物燃料電池中的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:采用芳香親核取代反應(yīng)及溶液鑄膜法,制備了一系列具有不同離子交換容量(IEC)的側(cè)鏈型磺化聚芳醚砜(s SPFAE)陽(yáng)離子交換膜,并作為分離膜應(yīng)用于微生物燃料電池(MFC).研究了s SPFAE膜在雙室MFC中產(chǎn)電性能并與商用陽(yáng)離子交換膜進(jìn)行了對(duì)比.s SPFAE膜的IEC為0.97~1.56 mmol/g,厚度約為80μm,在30℃時(shí)吸水率為20.9%~41.7%,電導(dǎo)率達(dá)到27.3~60.5 m S/cm,高于商用膜(22 m S/cm,420μm).對(duì)采用s SPFAE膜的MFC,根據(jù)峰功率密度法及極化曲線斜率法得到的MFC內(nèi)阻約為29~64Ω,隨著IEC的升高而降低,庫(kù)倫效率達(dá)到47.7%~55%,其中s SPFAE-1.56膜的最大功率密度達(dá)到657.3 m W/m~2,且s SPFAE膜均表現(xiàn)出優(yōu)于商用膜的產(chǎn)電性能.利用模擬等效電路對(duì)整個(gè)MFC系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行EIS分析,結(jié)果表明陽(yáng)極擴(kuò)散內(nèi)阻占這類MFC系統(tǒng)總內(nèi)阻的87%~90%.結(jié)合循環(huán)伏安曲線、電化學(xué)阻抗譜測(cè)試及電極電勢(shì)分析結(jié)果,表明分離膜對(duì)兩極室間物質(zhì)傳遞及陽(yáng)極擴(kuò)散阻抗有較大的影響.
[Abstract]:A series of side chain sulfonated poly (aryl ether sulfone sulfone) (SPFAE) cation exchange membranes with different ion exchange capacities were prepared by aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction and solution casting.
