以廢氣中的硫化氫開(kāi)發(fā)含硫化學(xué)品的研究進(jìn)展

【摘要】:目前高品質(zhì)含硫化學(xué)品在國(guó)內(nèi)仍有較大市場(chǎng),部分甚至供不應(yīng)求;回收廢氣中的硫化氫并深加工,既經(jīng)濟(jì)又環(huán)保。本文梳理了無(wú)機(jī)硫化物、硫醇、硫醚、硫酚、硫代酰胺、含硫雜環(huán)、有機(jī)二硫化物、高價(jià)硫有機(jī)物在內(nèi)的8大類(lèi)共計(jì)16種含硫化合物,介紹了它們的理化性質(zhì)、主要用途以及市場(chǎng)供應(yīng)情況;詳細(xì)闡述了國(guó)內(nèi)外主要合成方法的研究進(jìn)展,著重分析了工業(yè)路線(xiàn)以及以硫化氫為原料的合成路線(xiàn),比較有代表性的諸如生產(chǎn)硫化鈉和硫氫化鈉的吸收法,生產(chǎn)硫化鋅的均勻沉淀法,生產(chǎn)甲硫醇的甲醇-硫化氫法,生產(chǎn)乙硫醇的氯乙烷法和乙烯-硫化氫法,生產(chǎn)2-巰基乙醇的環(huán)氧乙烷-硫化氫法,生產(chǎn)巰基乙酸的氯乙酸-硫氫化鈉法和氯乙酸-硫化氫法,生產(chǎn)叔十二碳硫醇的十二烯-硫化氫加成法,生產(chǎn)二甲硫醚的二硫化碳-甲醇法和硫化氫-甲醇法,生產(chǎn)蛋氨酸的氰醇法和海因法,生產(chǎn)聚苯硫醚的Phillips法、硫磺法和硫化氫法,合成苯硫酚的硫化氫-氯苯法,生產(chǎn)硫脲的硫化氫-氰氨化鈣法和硫化氫-氰胺法,生產(chǎn)四氫噻吩的噻吩加氫法和四氫呋喃-硫化氫法,生產(chǎn)二甲基二硫的硫酸二甲酯法和甲醇硫化法,以及通過(guò)二氧化氮氧化二甲硫醚的方法生產(chǎn)二甲亞砜。合理開(kāi)發(fā)硫化氫廢氣的下游產(chǎn)品,需要從市場(chǎng)定位、技術(shù)手段、資源整合等多方面綜合考慮;從當(dāng)前的市場(chǎng)現(xiàn)狀分析,蛋氨酸、聚苯硫醚等均具有廣闊的市場(chǎng)發(fā)展前景,是今后研究工作的重要方向。
[Abstract]:At present, there is still a large market in China for high quality sulfur containing chemicals, some of which are in short supply. It is economical and environmentally friendly to recover hydrogen sulfide from waste gas and further process it. This paper reviews inorganic sulfides, mercaptan, thiol, thiophenols, thioamides, thioamides. There are 16 kinds of sulfur compounds in 8 categories, including heterocyclic sulfur, organic disulfide and high sulfur organic compounds. Their physical and chemical properties, main uses and market supply are introduced. The research progress of the main synthetic methods at home and abroad is described in detail. The industrial route and the synthesis route using hydrogen sulfide as the raw material are emphatically analyzed, and the typical absorption methods such as the production of sodium sulfide and sodium sulphide are compared. Homogeneous precipitation for the production of zinc sulfide, methanol-hydrogen sulfide for the production of methyl mercaptan, chloroethane and ethylene-hydrogen sulfide for the production of ethanethiol, and ethylene oxide hydrogen sulfide for the production of 2-mercaptoethanol, The chloroacetic acid-sodium sulfide and chloroacetic acid-hydrogen sulfide processes, the 12 ene-hydrogen sulfide addition process for the production of tert-#number0# carbon-mercaptan, the carbon-methanol disulphide process and the hydrogen sulphide methanol process for the production of dimethyl sulfide, Cyanide and hydantoin processes for the production of methionine, Phillips for the production of polyphenylene sulfide, sulfur and hydrogen sulfide, hydrogen sulfide and chlorobenzene for the synthesis of phenylthiophenol, and calcium sulphide cyanide and hydrogen sulfide cyanamide for the production of thiourea, Thiophene hydrogenation and tetrahydrofuran-hydrogen sulfide production of tetrahydrothiophene, dimethyl sulfate and methanol vulcanization of dimethyl disulfide, And the production of dimethyl sulfoxide by nitrogen dioxide oxidation of dimethyl sulfoxide. The reasonable development of downstream products of hydrogen sulfide waste gas requires comprehensive consideration from many aspects, such as market positioning, technical means, resource integration, etc. Methionine, polyphenylene sulfide and so on have broad market prospects and are the important research direction in the future.
