滲透汽化-結(jié)晶耦合分離稀溶液中的香蘭素

【摘要】:以聚醚嵌段共聚酰胺(PEBA2533)為膜材料,采用干法相轉(zhuǎn)化法制備性能優(yōu)異的高分子膜,用于滲透汽化-結(jié)晶耦合(PVCC)分離系統(tǒng)中回收稀水溶液中的香蘭素。采用掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)對(duì)PEBA2533膜的形貌進(jìn)行表征?疾煸弦簼舛、溫度對(duì)膜滲透汽化性能的影響。結(jié)果表明:隨著溶液濃度的增加,PEBA2533膜溶脹性能增加,說(shuō)明PEBA2533能夠優(yōu)先吸附香蘭素;隨原料液濃度增加,香蘭素滲透通量增加,分離因子略微下降;原料液溫度增加,香蘭素滲透通量和分離因子都增加;并通過(guò)Arrhenius方程計(jì)算得到香蘭素比水對(duì)溫度更加敏感。PVCC系統(tǒng)中控制一級(jí)冷凝器溫度為2℃時(shí),一級(jí)冷凝器中結(jié)晶態(tài)香蘭素通量為39.52 g·m~(-2)·h~(-1),純度在99%以上。
[Abstract]:Polyether block copolymers PEBA2533) were used to prepare polymer membranes with excellent properties by dry phase inversion method. Vanillin was recovered from dilute aqueous solution in pervaporation and crystallization coupling system. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to characterize the morphology of PEBA2533 membrane. The effect of temperature on the pervaporation performance of the membrane was studied. The results showed that the swelling property of PEBA2533 membrane increased with the increase of solution concentration, which indicated that PEBA2533 could preferentially adsorb vanillin, and the permeation flux of vanillin increased with the increase of the concentration of raw material solution. The separation factor decreased slightly, the vanillin permeation flux and separation factor increased with the increase of the temperature of the raw material solution, and the results of Arrhenius equation showed that vanillin was more sensitive to temperature than water.
