新老混凝土結(jié)合面黏結(jié)強(qiáng)度影響因素研究綜述

【摘要】:新老混凝土結(jié)合面的黏結(jié)性能直接決定修補(bǔ)后的新老混凝土的黏結(jié)強(qiáng)度。新老混凝土結(jié)合面的黏結(jié)強(qiáng)度由很多因素決定。從新老混凝土界面的粗糙程度、采用的修補(bǔ)材料與界面劑的選擇以及界面植筋四方面進(jìn)行了綜述,指出新混凝土強(qiáng)度對(duì)新老混凝土界面的黏結(jié)性能的影響有限,過(guò)分追求新混凝土強(qiáng)度不經(jīng)濟(jì)?稍谛禄炷晾飺郊犹厥獠牧,提高受力性能,有效約束開(kāi)裂。界面植筋效果優(yōu)良,且為延性破壞,但結(jié)合面的黏結(jié)性能與植筋率的量化關(guān)系值得進(jìn)一步研究。
[Abstract]:The bond strength of the new and old concrete bonding surface can directly determine the bond strength of the repaired new and old concrete. The bond strength of the new and old concrete bonding surface is determined by many factors. The selection of repair materials and interfacial agents and interfacial reinforcement are reviewed. It is pointed out that the strength of new concrete has limited effect on the bond properties of new and old concrete interface. The excessive pursuit of new concrete strength is not economical. Special materials can be added to the new concrete, which can improve the mechanical properties and effectively restrain the cracking. The effect of interfacial reinforcement planting is good, and it is ductile failure. However, the quantitative relationship between the bonding properties of the bonded surfaces and the percentage of tendons is worth further study.
