硫化鎘納米管的制備及其原位生長的熱力學(xué)研究

【摘要】:為獲取納米材料生長過程的原位熱力學(xué)瞬時信息,以實現(xiàn)納米材料優(yōu)化設(shè)計,文中以硫化鎘(Cd S)納米管為目標(biāo)材料,在298.15 K下采用高精度、高靈敏度的現(xiàn)代微熱量技術(shù)獲取其生長過程的原位熱譜曲線。結(jié)果顯示,反應(yīng)開始瞬時吸熱,并有1個尖銳的吸熱峰,在隨后的過程中連續(xù)出現(xiàn)3個放熱峰。為探討Cd S納米管生長過程的形貌演變、熱力學(xué)信息及生長機理,結(jié)合X射線衍射粉末儀(XRD)、場發(fā)射掃描電子顯微鏡(FE-SEM)和透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)、熒光光度計(PL)等對Cd S納米管的結(jié)構(gòu)、形貌、尺寸及光學(xué)性能進(jìn)行表征,結(jié)果表明,整個生長過程先吸熱后放熱,依次經(jīng)歷微乳液混合、晶體成核、液滴重組和晶體生長。研究結(jié)果可揭示納米材料生長過程的熱力學(xué)特征,豐富納米材料非平衡生長過程的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵,發(fā)展納米物理化學(xué)的理論方法。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the in-situ thermodynamics instantaneous information of the growth process of nanomaterials and to realize the optimization design of nanomaterials, the cadmium sulphide (CD / S) nanotubes were used as the target materials with high accuracy at 298.15K. The in-situ thermal spectra of the growth process were obtained by a modern micro-heat technique with high sensitivity. The results showed that the reaction began to absorb heat instantaneously and had a sharp endothermic peak. Three exothermic peaks appeared in the subsequent process. In order to investigate the morphology evolution, thermodynamic information and growth mechanism of CDs nanotubes, The structure, morphology, size and optical properties of CDs nanotubes were characterized by X-ray diffractometer, field emission scanning electron microscope (FE-SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and fluorescence photometer (PLL). The whole growth process was endothermic and then exothermic, followed by microemulsion mixing, crystal nucleation, droplet recombination and crystal growth. It enriches the scientific connotation of the nonequilibrium growth process of nanomaterials and develops the theoretical methods of nano-physical chemistry.
