重晶石熟料水浸工藝條件的研究

【摘要】:重晶石熟料水浸工藝是重晶石碳熱還原法制備鋇鹽產(chǎn)品的關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié),本文對(duì)重晶石熟料水浸工藝條件進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)研究。結(jié)果表明,在一定范圍內(nèi)料液比、攪拌速度、浸取溫度、浸取時(shí)間對(duì)水溶鋇浸取率均存在顯著正相關(guān)性,研究獲得的最佳工藝條件為:料液比1∶150,攪拌速率200r/min,浸取溫度90℃,浸取時(shí)間90min,此時(shí)水溶鋇浸取率為99.19%。
[Abstract]:The process of water leaching of barite clinker is the key link in the preparation of barium salt products by barite carbothermal reduction. In this paper, the process conditions of water leaching of barite clinker are studied systematically. The results show that in a certain range, the ratio of material to liquid, stirring speed, leaching temperature, etc. There was a significant positive correlation between the extraction time and the extraction rate of water-soluble barium. The optimum technological conditions were as follows: the ratio of material to liquid was 1: 150, the stirring rate was 200 r / min, the leaching temperature was 90 鈩,
