800密度等級(jí)的渣土陶粒制備及性能研究

【摘要】:為進(jìn)一步促進(jìn)城市渣土資源化利用,本文研制了800密度等級(jí),粒徑不同(10~15 mm,15~25 mm)的渣土陶粒。探究了原料配方、燒制工藝對(duì)渣土陶粒性能的影響規(guī)律,同時(shí)采用超景深光學(xué)顯微鏡和掃描電鏡對(duì)渣土陶粒的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明:(1)渣土:粉煤灰質(zhì)量配比為75∶25時(shí),預(yù)熱溫度500℃,預(yù)熱時(shí)間20 min,焙燒時(shí)間15 min,焙燒溫度1190℃下,可制備出不同粒徑(10~15 mm,15~25 mm)的800密度等級(jí)渣土陶粒;(2)15~25 mm粒徑的渣土陶粒,筒壓強(qiáng)度為4.6 MPa,堆積密度729 kg/m~3,表觀密度1329 kg/m~3,1 h吸水率為1.7%,燒失量1.4%;10~15 mm粒徑的渣土陶粒,筒壓強(qiáng)度為5.2 MPa,堆積密度760 kg/m~3,表觀密度1483 kg/m~3,1 h吸水率為1.6%,燒失量1.4%;(3)不同粒徑下的渣土陶粒微觀結(jié)構(gòu)均比較疏松,其中小粒徑渣土陶粒內(nèi)部結(jié)構(gòu)相比大粒徑較疏松,孔隙較多,孔徑較大。
[Abstract]:In order to further promote the utilization of urban residual soil, a 800 density grade and 1015mm / 1525mm residuum ceramsite with different diameters has been developed. The effects of raw material formulation and sintering process on the properties of residual soil ceramsite have been investigated. At the same time, the microstructure of residual clay was analyzed by means of optical microscope and scanning electron microscope.
