酸浸法回收利用非淬水高鎂爐渣中鐵的研究

【摘要】:以非淬水高鎂爐渣為原料,采用硝酸對(duì)其進(jìn)行酸解處理,通過(guò)調(diào)節(jié)爐渣濾液中的pH,沉淀回收其中的鐵,并制成Fe_2O_3產(chǎn)品。采用紅外光譜對(duì)Fe_2O_3進(jìn)行定性分析,采用X射線熒光光譜儀對(duì)爐渣組成和Fe_2O_3含量進(jìn)行分析。系統(tǒng)性考察了硝酸質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)、酸解溫度、酸解時(shí)間、pH以及氫氧化鈉質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)對(duì)爐渣中Fe回收利用的影響。結(jié)果表明該回收利用工藝是可行的。回收利用非淬水高鎂爐渣中的鐵制備Fe_2O_3的工藝條件:硝酸質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為60%、酸解溫度為60℃、酸解時(shí)間為50 min、pH為8.6、氫氧化鈉質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù)為20%。在以上工藝條件下,爐渣粉末為20 g時(shí)Fe_2O_3產(chǎn)量為0.86 g,Fe_2O_3純度達(dá)到93.6%。
[Abstract]:The unquenched high magnesium slag was treated by acid hydrolysis with nitric acid. By adjusting the pH of the slag filtrate, the iron was precipitated and recovered, and the Fe_2O_3 product was prepared. The Fe_2O_3 was qualitatively analyzed by infrared spectroscopy. The composition of slag and the content of Fe_2O_3 were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. The mass fraction of nitric acid and the temperature of acidolysis were systematically investigated. The effect of pH and sodium hydroxide mass fraction on the recovery and utilization of Fe in slag was studied. The results showed that the recovery and utilization process was feasible. The technological conditions of recovering and utilizing iron from non-quenched high magnesium slag to prepare Fe_2O_3 were as follows: nitric acid. The mass fraction is 60 鈩,
