新型干法水泥窯氮氧化物排放及控制因素分析

【摘要】:以3個新型干法水泥窯為研究對象,探討了水泥窯的氮氧化物(NOX)排放情況及主要影響因素。水泥窯窯尾煙氣中,NO占NOX總排放的80%(質(zhì)量分?jǐn)?shù))以上。水泥窯排放的NOX以燃料型NOX為主。采用分級燃燒有利于降低水泥窯窯尾煙氣中的NOX排放濃度,NOX下降比例為23%~29%。水泥窯噸熟料NOX排放量高于1.30kg,且不同水泥窯噸熟料NOX排放量存在較大差異。分解爐溫度高于950℃時,煙氣中的NOX排放濃度明顯偏高,控制分解爐溫度對水泥窯煙氣脫硝至關(guān)重要。研究成果能為現(xiàn)階段中國水泥行業(yè)煙氣脫硝過程控制提供理論參考與實踐指導(dǎo)。
[Abstract]:Three new dry-process cement kilns were studied. This paper discusses the nitrogen oxide (NOX) emission from cement kiln and its main influencing factors. The content of no in flue gas of cement kiln kiln is more than 80% (mass fraction) of total NOX emission. The NOX emitted from cement kiln is mainly fuel-type NOX. It is beneficial to reduce the NOX emission concentration in flue gas of cement kiln. The decrease ratio of NOX emission is 230.The NOX emission of cement kiln clinker is higher than 1.30kg, and the NOX emission of clinker is different in different cement kilns.
