木纖維還原電解錳陽極泥制備硫酸錳工藝研究

【摘要】:以木纖維為還原劑濕法還原浸出電解錳陽極泥中的錳,以硫酸為浸出劑制備硫酸錳。通過單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)考察了木屑用量、濃硫酸用量、熟化時間、熟化溫度、福美鈉用量對錳浸出率及回收率的影響,得出優(yōu)化工藝條件。在木纖維用量為20%(木屑與錳陽極泥質(zhì)量比)、液固比(m L/g)為6∶1、濃硫酸用量為9.6%(濃硫酸與錳陽極泥質(zhì)量比)、熟化時間為80 min、熟化溫度為425℃、福美鈉用量為8%(福美鈉與錳陽極泥質(zhì)量比)條件下,錳的浸出率為99.18%、回收率為93.12%,鉛、砷的去除率都在99.7%以上。
[Abstract]:Manganese sulfate was prepared by wet reduction leaching of manganese from electrolytic manganese anode mud with wood fiber as reducing agent and sulfuric acid as leaching agent. The amount of sawdust, the amount of concentrated sulfuric acid, the maturation time and the ripening temperature were investigated by single factor experiments. The effect of the amount of Fumet Sodium on the leaching rate and recovery rate of Manganese, The optimum technological conditions were obtained.
