氧化鋁和碳化硅多孔陶瓷的抗熱震性研究

【摘要】:利用等靜壓成型工藝制備出氧化鋁和碳化硅多孔陶瓷過濾管,研究了熱震溫差對多孔陶瓷殘余強(qiáng)度的影響。利用SEM和EDS對試樣表面的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和元素成分進(jìn)行觀測分析。兩種陶瓷管表面氣孔分布均勻,顯氣孔率分別達(dá)到31%和32%。熱震前,氧化鋁多孔陶瓷的彎曲強(qiáng)度為36 MPa,高于碳化硅的16 MPa。氧化鋁和碳化硅的臨界溫差分別為461℃和409℃。相比之下,氧化鋁多孔陶瓷具有較好的抗熱震性,歸因于熱震后試樣表面較少的裂紋和缺陷。
[Abstract]:Alumina and silicon carbide porous ceramic filter tubes were prepared by isostatic pressing process. The effect of thermal shock temperature difference on the residual strength of porous ceramics was studied. The microstructure and elemental composition of the surface of porous ceramics were observed and analyzed by SEM and EDS. The porosity on the surface of the two kinds of ceramic tubes was uniform, and the apparent porosity reached 31% and 32, respectively. Before the thermal shock, the porosity was 31% and 32, respectively. The bending strength of alumina porous ceramics is 36 MPA, which is higher than that of silicon carbide (16 MPA).
