半晶態(tài)硅酸鈣材料結(jié)晶狀態(tài)對過濾分離的影響

【摘要】:以Na_2Si O_3·9H_2O和CaO為原料,采用水熱合成法通過控制反應(yīng)時間合成了不同結(jié)晶度的硅酸鈣產(chǎn)品.利用XRD和SEM等技術(shù)手段對合成樣品的結(jié)晶狀態(tài)進行表征,并利用自組裝過濾性能測試裝置對合成樣品的過濾性能進行分析.研究了硅酸鈣類材料結(jié)晶狀態(tài)對其過濾性能的影響.結(jié)果表明,在200,℃條件下,經(jīng)過8,h的合成反應(yīng)結(jié)晶過程基本完成,反應(yīng)的歷程為:C—S—H凝膠→結(jié)晶C—S—H→硬硅鈣石晶體.隨著反應(yīng)時間的延長,硅酸鈣產(chǎn)品的晶體結(jié)構(gòu)由團絮狀向纖維狀結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)化.4,h樣品過濾性能最好,其平均過濾速度比結(jié)晶過程完成時提高了40%,,濾餅含水率下降了4%,.
[Abstract]:Calcium silicate products with different crystallinity were synthesized by hydrothermal synthesis method using Na_2Si O _ 3 路9H _ 2O and CaO as raw materials. The crystalline state of the synthesized samples was characterized by means of XRD and SEM.
