【摘要】：以徐聞苦鹵為原料,先在體系中加入碳酸鈉-碳酸氫鈉緩沖溶液,再以氫氧化鈉為沉淀劑,采用液相沉淀法制備了阻燃型氫氧化鎂。通過掃描電鏡(SEM)及X射線衍射(XRD)等測試手段表征了產(chǎn)品的形貌及物相。實驗結(jié)果表明,在氫氧化鈉濃度為0.4 mol/L、反應(yīng)溫度為75℃、晶化時間為24 h條件下,可以獲得純度高、結(jié)晶度高的氫氧化鎂,且氫氧化鎂晶體粒度分布均勻、分散性好。該工藝簡單易行、對環(huán)境無破壞,具有較高的潛在經(jīng)濟效益。
[Abstract]:Using Xuwen bittern as raw material, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate buffer solution were added in the system, then sodium hydroxide was used as precipitant. Flame retardant magnesium hydroxide was prepared by liquid phase precipitation method. The morphology and phase of the product were characterized by SEM and XRD.
