【摘要】：以徐聞苦鹵為原料,先在體系中加入碳酸鈉-碳酸氫鈉緩沖溶液,再以氫氧化鈉為沉淀劑,采用液相沉淀法制備了阻燃型氫氧化鎂。通過(guò)掃描電鏡(SEM)及X射線衍射(XRD)等測(cè)試手段表征了產(chǎn)品的形貌及物相。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,在氫氧化鈉濃度為0.4 mol/L、反應(yīng)溫度為75℃、晶化時(shí)間為24 h條件下,可以獲得純度高、結(jié)晶度高的氫氧化鎂,且氫氧化鎂晶體粒度分布均勻、分散性好。該工藝簡(jiǎn)單易行、對(duì)環(huán)境無(wú)破壞,具有較高的潛在經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:Using Xuwen bittern as raw material, sodium carbonate and sodium bicarbonate buffer solution were added in the system, then sodium hydroxide was used as precipitant.
