燒結溫度對硼硅酸鋁纖維組織結構和性能的影響

【摘要】:以硝酸鋁、硼酸、次乙酸鋁和硅溶膠為原料,采用溶膠 凝膠法制備硼硅酸鋁纖維。借助于熱重 差熱分析、掃描電子顯微鏡、X射線衍射、透射電子顯微鏡、Fourier紅外光譜等分析手段,研究了燒結溫度對硼硅酸鋁纖維組織結構與性能的影響。結果表明:當燒結溫度從800℃升高到1 000℃時,纖維的微觀結構變得越來越致密,表面和斷口越來越光滑,物相由非晶態(tài)向Al_4B_2O_9相轉變,之后向Al_(18)B_4O_(33)相轉變,1 000℃燒結后,可得到致密、光滑、晶粒細小的纖維。當燒結溫度從1 000℃繼續(xù)升高到1 300℃時,晶粒長大現象越來越明顯,經1 200℃燒結,纖維表面變得粗糙,斷口呈結晶狀形貌,經1 300℃燒結,晶粒長大并趨于粉化,物相基本為Al_(18)B_4O_(33)相同時伴有少量Al_4B_2O_9相和莫來石相。纖維的平均單絲拉伸強度和彈性模量呈現先增后降變化趨勢,1 000℃燒結后,拉伸強度和彈性模量達到最大值,分別約為1 300 MPa和138 GPa,且性能穩(wěn)定性好。
[Abstract]:Aluminium borosilicate fibers were prepared by sol-gel method using aluminum nitrate, boric acid, aluminium hypoacetate and silica sol as raw materials.
