鎂鋁尖晶石超細(xì)粉體的制備與表征

【摘要】:鎂鋁尖晶石的諸多優(yōu)異性能,使其在鋼包內(nèi)襯,水泥回轉(zhuǎn)窯等傳統(tǒng)領(lǐng)域,以及電子、催化劑等高技術(shù)領(lǐng)域應(yīng)用廣泛,所以鎂鋁尖晶石的制備方法備受關(guān)注。本文以工業(yè)鋁酸鈉和水合氯化鎂為原料,研究了四種不同加料方式對(duì)合成鎂鋁尖晶石的影響。實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明: (1)隨著反應(yīng)時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng),前驅(qū)物粉體的化學(xué)組分中,Al2O3的含量呈增大的趨勢(shì)。四種加料方式?jīng)]有明顯的區(qū)別。 (2)四種不同加料方式得到的前驅(qū)物粉體,其所含的物相均為Mg4Al2(OH)14·3H2O和Al(OH)3。 (3)四種不同加料方式得到的前驅(qū)物粉體,其粒度分布有明顯的區(qū)別。 (4)四種不同加料方式得到的鎂鋁尖晶石的前驅(qū)物粉體,經(jīng)不同溫度熱處理后,在500℃都已經(jīng)生成了鎂鋁尖晶石的雛晶,隨著溫度的繼續(xù)升高,尖晶石的衍射峰逐漸增強(qiáng),除了水合氯化鎂以粉體形式一次性加入到鋁酸鈉溶液中得到的前驅(qū)體,在1100℃還存在Al2O3和MgO相,,反應(yīng)尚未完成外,其余加料方式得到的前驅(qū)體在1100℃已基本反應(yīng)完成。 (5)四種不同加料方式得到的前驅(qū)物粉體的顯微形貌,以及前驅(qū)物熱處理后得到產(chǎn)物的顯微形貌均是形狀不規(guī)則的團(tuán)聚體。 (6)產(chǎn)品的回收率與原料的配比以及反應(yīng)的時(shí)間有關(guān)系。按Al2O3:MgO質(zhì)量比為90:10稱料,攪拌時(shí)間從30min~24h得到產(chǎn)品的回收率在41.8%~64.72%之間,即使在24h,產(chǎn)品的回收率依然較低;按Al2O3:MgO摩爾比為1:1稱料,攪拌時(shí)間從30min~24h得到產(chǎn)品的回收率在80.86%~89.75%之間。原料配比中,氯化鎂的增加可以消耗更多的鋁酸鈉,使產(chǎn)品的回收率增大。反應(yīng)時(shí)間延長(zhǎng),鋁酸鈉分解率增大,使產(chǎn)品的回收率增大。 (7)熱處理后得到的產(chǎn)物,以無水乙醇為介質(zhì),球磨不同的時(shí)間,產(chǎn)物的平均粒徑隨球磨時(shí)間的延長(zhǎng)而逐漸減小。
[Abstract]:The excellent properties of magnesia-aluminum spinel make it widely used in traditional fields such as ladle lining, cement rotary kiln, electronics, catalyst and so on. Therefore, the preparation method of magnesia spinel has attracted much attention. In this paper, the effects of four different feeding methods on the synthesis of magnesia-aluminum spinel were studied with sodium aluminate and magnesium chloride hydrate as raw materials. The experimental results show that:. 1) with the prolongation of reaction time, the content of Al _ 2O _ 3 in the chemical components of precursor powders increased. 2) the precursor powders obtained by four different feeding methods contain Mg4Al2(OH)14 路3H _ 2O and Alo _ H _ (3) O _ (3) phases. 3) the particle size distribution of the precursor powder obtained by four different feeding methods is obviously different. 4) the precursor powder of magnesia-aluminum spinel obtained by four different feeding methods has been formed at 500 鈩
