超高性能混凝土高溫后殘余力學(xué)性能試驗(yàn)研究

【摘要】:測(cè)定了抗壓強(qiáng)度高于140MPa的含粗骨料超高性能混凝土和活性粉末混凝土遭受高溫作用后的殘余抗壓強(qiáng)度、殘余劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度和殘余斷裂能。結(jié)果顯示,兩種超高性能混凝土的殘余強(qiáng)度均隨著目標(biāo)溫度的升高而呈現(xiàn)先增大再降低的趨勢(shì),而殘余斷裂能均隨著目標(biāo)溫度的升高逐漸降低。各目標(biāo)溫度下,含粗骨料超高性能混凝土的殘余抗壓強(qiáng)度均高于活性粉末混凝土,但其殘余劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度和斷裂能低于后者;钚苑勰┗炷猎300℃臨界溫度下的峰值殘余抗壓強(qiáng)度和峰值殘余劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度分別比常溫時(shí)提高了26.8%和19.3%,800℃高溫后的強(qiáng)度損失率分別為72.3%和81.4%。含粗骨料超高性能混凝土在400℃臨界溫度下的峰值殘余抗壓強(qiáng)度和在300℃目標(biāo)溫度下的峰值劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度分別比常溫時(shí)提高了34.0%和6.8%,800℃高溫后的強(qiáng)度損失率分別為70.2%和84.9%。所以,對(duì)于有抗火災(zāi)高溫要求的工程結(jié)構(gòu),含粗骨料超高性能混凝土適合用于受壓構(gòu)件,而活性粉末混凝土適宜于抗彎構(gòu)件。
[Abstract]:The residual compressive strength, residual splitting tensile strength and residual fracture energy of ultra-high performance concrete containing coarse aggregate and reactive powder concrete under high temperature were measured. The residual strength of both UHPC and UHPC increased first and then decreased with the increase of the target temperature, while the residual fracture energy decreased gradually with the increase of the target temperature. The residual compressive strength of ultra-high performance concrete containing coarse aggregate is higher than that of reactive powder concrete. But its residual splitting tensile strength and fracture energy are lower than the latter.
