【摘要】：骨料是一種不可或缺的建筑材料,廣泛用于建筑、交通、水利等工程領(lǐng)域。隨著我國基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的快速發(fā)展,天然砂石骨料已經(jīng)不能滿足經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展的需要,人工砂石骨料已成為建設(shè)用砂石骨料的重要組成部分。本文在充分分析骨料生產(chǎn)線工藝機(jī)理的基礎(chǔ)上,總結(jié)借鑒國內(nèi)外前期研究成果,針對(duì)大型骨料生產(chǎn)線物料輸送范圍廣、跨度大、涉及設(shè)備多等特點(diǎn),將ABB Industrial IT Freelance800F系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用于中材安徽水泥廠年產(chǎn)500萬噸大型骨料生產(chǎn)線,根據(jù)控制要求和用戶需求提出了包括系統(tǒng)整體設(shè)計(jì)、硬件設(shè)計(jì)、軟件設(shè)計(jì)的整體控制方案,并進(jìn)行了工程實(shí)現(xiàn),實(shí)際運(yùn)行表明了設(shè)計(jì)方案的正確性及系統(tǒng)的有效性。系統(tǒng)地針對(duì)全線工藝流程中涉及的十余個(gè)工藝環(huán)節(jié)的相關(guān)性、地理位置以及用戶使用習(xí)慣,將全廠設(shè)備分為“粗破”、“長膠帶電氣室”、“總配”、“細(xì)碎”、“汽散”、“水散”六個(gè)現(xiàn)場站,并通過多模、單模光纖網(wǎng)絡(luò)和工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)建立了系統(tǒng)通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò),解決了生產(chǎn)線高速、穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行的遠(yuǎn)程通訊問題。本文分析了生產(chǎn)線設(shè)備控制和變送器信號(hào)接入對(duì)控制點(diǎn)位的需求,統(tǒng)計(jì)出I/O點(diǎn)數(shù)在考慮余量的情況下,確定了I/O模件的型號(hào)及和配置,確定了“兩個(gè)現(xiàn)場站掛接四個(gè)遠(yuǎn)程站”的現(xiàn)場站布局,并進(jìn)行了工程設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)施。本文依據(jù)生產(chǎn)線的功能要求設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了中材安徽水泥廠年產(chǎn)500萬噸大型骨料生產(chǎn)線集散控制系統(tǒng),并以此為基礎(chǔ),設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)了生產(chǎn)管理系統(tǒng),并投入了實(shí)際運(yùn)行。
[Abstract]:Aggregate is an indispensable building material, widely used in construction, transportation, water conservancy and other engineering fields. With the rapid development of infrastructure construction in China, natural sand aggregate can no longer meet the needs of economic and social development. Artificial aggregate has become an important part of aggregate for construction. On the basis of fully analyzing the technological mechanism of aggregate production line, this paper summarizes and draws lessons from the previous research results at home and abroad, aiming at the wide range of material transportation in large aggregate production line. The ABB Industrial IT Freelance800F system is applied to the production line of 5 million tons of aggregate per year in Anhui cement Plant. According to the control requirements and user requirements, the system is designed as a whole and the hardware is designed. The overall control scheme of the software design is implemented in engineering. The actual operation shows the correctness of the design scheme and the effectiveness of the system. Geographical location and user usage habits, the whole plant equipment is divided into "rough break", "long tape electric room", "total distribution", "fine crushing", "steam dispersion", "water dispersion", and through multi-mode, single-mode optical fiber network and industrial Ethernet to establish a system communication network, The problem of high speed and stable running remote communication of production line is solved. In this paper, the requirements of equipment control and transmitter signal access to control point are analyzed, and the I / O points are calculated considering the margin. The model and configuration of the I / O module were determined, and the site layout of "two remote stations connected with four remote stations" was determined. According to the functional requirements of the production line, this paper designs and implements the distributed control system for the production line of Zhongshan Anhui cement Plant with an annual production capacity of 5 million tons. Based on this, the production management system is designed and realized. And put into actual operation.
