【摘要】：研究了高鋁水泥對脫硫建筑石膏的標準稠度用水量、凝結時間及力學性能的影響,并結合復合膠凝材料的微觀結構進行了機理分析。試驗結果表明:高鋁水泥的添加減小了脫硫建筑石膏的標準稠度用水量,延長了凝結時間,并且提高了試件的力學性能和耐水性。當摻量為20%時,試件的28 d抗折、抗壓強度分別為6.03、11.05 MPa,比純石膏提高了99.67%和80.56%,軟化系數(shù)達0.70,比純石膏提高了59.09%。通過微觀表征可知,摻入高鋁水泥后,石膏晶體表面生成了強度高且不溶于水的C-S-H凝膠和鈣礬石,這是高鋁水泥能提高脫硫建筑石膏力學強度和耐水性的原因。
[Abstract]:The effects of high aluminum cement on the standard consistency water consumption, setting time and mechanical properties of desulphurized building gypsum were studied. The experimental results show that the addition of high aluminum cement reduces the standard consistency water consumption of desulphurized building gypsum and prolongs the setting time. The mechanical properties and water resistance of the specimens were also improved. When the content of 20% was 20, the specimens' flexural strength and compressive strength were 6.03 ~ 11.05 MPa, 99.67% and 80.56 respectively, and the softening coefficient was 0.70 and 59.09% higher than that of pure gypsum. When high alumina cement is added, C-S-H gel and ettringite with high strength and insoluble water are formed on the surface of gypsum crystal, which is the reason why high aluminum cement can improve the mechanical strength and water resistance of desulfurized building gypsum.
