【摘要】：概述了國內(nèi)外液體速凝劑的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,按主要促凝組分把液體速凝劑分為4大類:水玻璃型、鋁酸鈉(鉀)型、硫酸鋁型和無硫無堿型液體速凝劑,針對(duì)每類液體速凝劑,分別從制備、性能特點(diǎn)和促凝機(jī)制研究3個(gè)方面對(duì)其國內(nèi)外研究進(jìn)展和最新成果進(jìn)行了闡述。指出目前液體速凝劑尤其是無堿液體速凝劑在摻量、價(jià)格、儲(chǔ)存穩(wěn)定性和安全環(huán)保等幾個(gè)方面存在的問題,并提出了今后液體速凝劑研究方向。
[Abstract]:This paper summarizes the development of liquid accelerators at home and abroad, and divides liquid accelerators into four categories according to their main components: sodium aluminate (potassium), sodium aluminate (potassium), aluminum sulphate and alkali-free liquid accelerators, aiming at each kind of liquid accelerators. The research progress and the latest achievements at home and abroad are described from the aspects of preparation, performance characteristics and mechanism of coagulation promotion. It is pointed out that liquid accelerators, especially alkali-free liquid accelerators, are in the dosage and price at present. The problems in storage stability, safety and environmental protection are discussed, and the research direction of liquid accelerator in the future is put forward.
