制備參數(shù)對泡沫輕質(zhì)土工作性能和力學(xué)性能的影響

【摘要】:分析不同制備參數(shù)對泡沫輕質(zhì)土拌合物工作性能及其經(jīng)時變化的影響,并對其硬化體力學(xué)性能進(jìn)行了對比研究。結(jié)果表明:在水膠比為0.5且未摻加減水劑的情況下,泡沫輕質(zhì)土拌合物流值隨初始濕密度的增大而增大,不同初始濕密度的拌合物在60 min內(nèi)的濕密度增加率均在±5%以內(nèi);泡沫輕質(zhì)土硬化體的抗壓強(qiáng)度、劈裂抗拉強(qiáng)度均與拌合物初始濕密度呈良好的線性相關(guān)性,當(dāng)拌合物濕密度為500 kg/m~3時,硬化體抗壓強(qiáng)度已超過1 MPa;拌合物濕密度增加率隨水膠比的變化有所波動,當(dāng)水膠比為0.5~0.7時,硬化體力學(xué)性能基本穩(wěn)定;減水劑會提高泡沫輕質(zhì)土拌合物的流值,但對硬化體力學(xué)性能無明顯影響。
[Abstract]:The effects of different preparation parameters on the working performance and time-dependent variation of foamed lightweight soil were analyzed. The results show that when the water-binder ratio is 0.5 and no water reducer is added, the mixing logistics value of foamed light soil increases with the increase of initial wet density. The increase rate of wet density of different initial wet density was within 鹵5% in 60 min. The compressive strength, splitting tensile strength and initial wet density of foamed lightweight soil are all linearly correlated with the initial wet density of the mixture, when the wet density of the mixture is 500kg / m ~ 3:00. The compressive strength of the hardened body has exceeded 1 MPA; The increase rate of wet density of the mixture fluctuates with the change of water-binder ratio. When the water-binder ratio is 0.5 ~ 0.7, the hardening mechanical properties are basically stable. Water reducing agent can increase the flow value of foamed lightweight soil, but has no obvious effect on the physical properties of hardened soil.
