以低毒、廉價(jià)的銅鹽作為催化劑,實(shí)現(xiàn)了鄰烯基芳基異硫氰酸酯與疊氮化鈉的串聯(lián)雙環(huán)化反應(yīng),簡單有效地合成了一系列5H-苯并四氮唑并噻嗪衍生物.在該催化體系下,反應(yīng)底物顯示出良好的官能團(tuán)兼容性和反應(yīng)性,并以中高產(chǎn)率制備了5H-苯并四氮唑并噻嗪類化合物.該策略的提出為含氮、含硫小分子化合物的合成提供了一條方便的路徑.
