1,4,7-三氮雜環(huán)基(TACN)的配位聚合物催化傳感研究

對(duì)生命體而言,酶分子是及其重要的。人體內(nèi)的諸多化學(xué)反應(yīng)能夠發(fā)生均系酶扮演催化劑角色參與所致。由此,有關(guān)酶的研究歷來(lái)備受關(guān)注。在分析化學(xué)方面,要實(shí)現(xiàn)通過(guò)信號(hào)放大來(lái)提高分析靈敏度,主要依賴三種途徑:(。┐呋磻(yīng);(ⅱ)多價(jià)性位點(diǎn)的作用;(ⅲ)生物分子的變構(gòu)效應(yīng)。最早將催化反應(yīng)引入分析化學(xué)方面的例子是酶聯(lián)免疫分析。然而,由于天然酶存在著一些內(nèi)在的缺點(diǎn)如存儲(chǔ)條件苛刻、活性容易受外界條件的影響和提取困難等,發(fā)展人工模擬酶就變得尤其重要。就磷酸酯酯解反應(yīng)模擬酶而言,目前已經(jīng)發(fā)展了四大類:(ⅰ)單核/雙核或多核配合物;(ⅱ)樹(shù)枝狀分子;(ⅲ)膠束/囊泡;(ⅳ)金屬納米粒子。盡管這些磷酸酯酯解反應(yīng)模擬酶的出現(xiàn)大大地推動(dòng)了有關(guān)人工模擬酶的發(fā)展,但是其存在著諸多的缺點(diǎn),如:(。﹩魏/雙核或多核配合物因缺乏協(xié)同性而導(dǎo)致其催化活性差;(ⅱ)樹(shù)枝狀分子的合成挑戰(zhàn)比較大;(ⅲ)膠束/囊泡的不穩(wěn)定性;(ⅳ)制備金屬納米粒子(~1.8 nm)過(guò)程繁瑣且不易于有效存儲(chǔ)等。因此,發(fā)展性能更優(yōu)秀的新型磷酸酯酯解反應(yīng)模擬酶,對(duì)進(jìn)一步建立具有信號(hào)放大作用的催化傳感體系有一定的指導(dǎo)意義。本論文合成了一系列具有不同碳鏈長(zhǎng)度且末...
