青蒿素光化學(xué)合成中二氫青蒿酸與單線態(tài)氧反應(yīng)的動力學(xué)研究(英文)

青篙素是一種優(yōu)異的抗瘧藥,廣泛用于臨床醫(yī)學(xué).但山于青蒿素天然來源的限制,青蒿素的化學(xué)合成一直受到高度關(guān)注.二氫青篙酸是合成青篙素的關(guān)鍵前體.二氫青蒿酸與單線態(tài)氧反應(yīng)形成過氧化物是青篙素光化學(xué)制備中的關(guān)鍵步驟,制約著青蒿素化學(xué)合成的產(chǎn)率.然而關(guān)于.二氫青蒿酸與單線態(tài)氧反應(yīng)的重要動力學(xué)信息并未有報道.本文通過光敏化法產(chǎn)生單線態(tài)氧,研究二氫青蒿酸與單線態(tài)氧之間的反應(yīng)速率常數(shù).通過直接檢測單線態(tài)氧在1270 nm處的發(fā)光衰減動力學(xué),得出單線態(tài)氧與二氫青蒿酸在不同溶劑中的反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)分別為:在CCl4中為1.81×105 (mol/L)-1·s-1,在CH3CN中為5.69×105 (mol/L)-1·s-1,DMSO中為3.27×106 (mol/L)-1·s-1發(fā)現(xiàn)在三種溶劑中二氫青蒿酸與單線態(tài)氧的反應(yīng)速率常數(shù)隨著溶劑極性的增加而增加.這些結(jié)果為優(yōu)化青蒿...
