可見光催化喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮與醇C(sp 2 )-H/O-H交叉脫氫偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)(英文)

雜環(huán)化合物和醇的C(sp2)-H/O-H交叉脫氫偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)為制備雜環(huán)醚類化合物提供了一種原子和步驟經(jīng)濟(jì)性的方法.然而,已經(jīng)報(bào)道的交叉脫氫偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)大部分需要使用過渡金屬催化劑和/或者強(qiáng)氧化劑,不僅產(chǎn)生環(huán)境問題還增加分離成本.同時(shí),這些合成方法還存在雜環(huán)化合物和醇的C(sp2)-H/C(sp3)-H交叉脫氫偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)的競爭反應(yīng),降低了反應(yīng)的選擇性和收率.喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮是生物活性物質(zhì)和人工藥物的核心骨架結(jié)構(gòu)之一,合成多樣性官能化的喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮備受關(guān)注.近期多種C-3官能化喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮的合成方法被報(bào)道,但是目前沒有一例通過無金屬無強(qiáng)氧化劑條件下的喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮與醇C(sp2)-H/O-H交叉脫氫偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)合成3-烷氧基喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮的相關(guān)工作報(bào)道.值得一提的是,利用氧氣作為氧化劑的可見光催化反應(yīng)符合綠色化學(xué)的要求,在最近幾年中發(fā)展迅速.本文報(bào)道了一種通過可見光催化的喹喔啉-2(1H)-酮與醇的C(sp2)-H/O-H交叉脫氫偶聯(lián)反應(yīng)合成3-烷氧基喹...
