蔗渣的催化高壓液化工藝條件

【摘要】:采用共沉淀法制備了LaNiO_3鈣鈦礦型復合氧化物催化劑,并用X射線衍射(XRD)、掃描電子顯微鏡(SEM)、程序升溫還原(TPR)等對鈣鈦礦復合氧化物的晶相結構、微觀形貌、還原性能等進行了表征。以蔗渣高壓液化為探針反應,考察了LaNiO_3復合氧化物的催化活性和液化產物的分布規(guī)律,同時對液化反應時間、液化溫度、催化劑用量、溶劑與蔗渣質量比等工藝條件進行了探討。結果表明,最佳液化條件為:液質比15∶1、反應溫度350℃、催化劑用量1.0 g、反應時間30 min。
[Abstract]:LaNiO _ 3 perovskite-type composite oxide catalyst was prepared by co-precipitation method, and the crystal phase structure, micro-morphology and reducing property of the perovskite composite oxide were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscope (SEM) and program temperature-raising reduction (TPR). The catalytic activity and distribution of the liquefied product of the LaNiO _ 3 composite oxide were investigated by the high-pressure liquefaction of bagasse as the probe, and the process conditions such as the liquefaction reaction time, the liquefaction temperature, the catalyst dosage, the solvent and the bagasse mass ratio were discussed. The results show that the optimum liquefaction condition is that the liquid mass ratio is 15:1, the reaction temperature is 350 鈩,
