水性環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂-聚丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯雜化乳液研究

【摘要】:以2,2-二羥甲基丙酸為親水?dāng)U鏈劑,環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂E-51為改性劑制得了以異氰酸酯基封端、含有羧基的聚氨酯預(yù)聚體。然后以季戊四醇三丙烯酸酯(PETA)對(duì)預(yù)聚體進(jìn)行部分封端,將封端的預(yù)聚體與甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)復(fù)合,并分散于水中,得到了含MMA的聚氨酯水分散體。最后,通過(guò)原位自由基聚合制得水性環(huán)氧樹(shù)脂-聚丙烯酸酯-聚氨酯雜化乳液(WPUEA)。通過(guò)紅外光譜、掃描電鏡、透射電鏡和熱失重分析等對(duì)乳液及聚合物結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了表征并研究了E-51和MMA的用量對(duì)聚合物粒子性能的影響。結(jié)果表明,MMA和E-51用量分別為聚氨酯預(yù)聚體質(zhì)量的25%~30%和7%~9%時(shí),WPUEA乳液及聚合物的綜合性能最佳。
