HPLC法測(cè)定生脈注射液中特征成分莽草酸

【摘要】:采用液質(zhì)聯(lián)用法對(duì)生脈注射液中莽草酸成分進(jìn)行確認(rèn),建立高效液相色譜法測(cè)定生脈注射液中莽草酸含量。采用液質(zhì)聯(lián)用法測(cè)定目標(biāo)峰的分子離子峰m/z:173.08[M-H]-,與莽草酸對(duì)照品對(duì)比確認(rèn)目標(biāo)峰為莽草酸成分;色譜柱采用Synergi Hydro-RP 80A(250 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),以20 mmol/L的KH2PO4(H3PO4調(diào)p H至2.5)溶液為流動(dòng)相,流量為0.6 m L/min,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)214 nm;莽草酸在0.02~0.64μg范圍內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系,r=0.999 8,精密度、重復(fù)性試驗(yàn)RSD分別為0.15%和1.49%,平均加樣回收率為99.2%,RSD=1.56%。該研究首次確認(rèn)生脈注射液中含有莽草酸成分,且該成分來(lái)源于五味子;含量測(cè)定方法準(zhǔn)確、可靠,可作為生脈注射液中五味子成分質(zhì)量控制檢測(cè)方法。
