【摘要】：建立了氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用技術(shù)分析蔬菜、谷物中敵敵畏、甲胺磷等16種有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥殘留的快速檢測方法。樣品用乙腈提取,采用Qu ECh ERS處理方法進(jìn)行前處理,用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用多反應(yīng)監(jiān)測儀檢測16種有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥殘留。16種有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥在15 min內(nèi)流出,分離度良好,農(nóng)藥在0.025~0.4 mg/kg范圍內(nèi)線性良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)(R2)均大于0.94。不同基質(zhì)如大米、面粉、蔬菜的加標(biāo)回收率分別為75.9%~112.2%、77.3%~126.9%、76.2%~125.3%,相對標(biāo)準(zhǔn)偏差(RSD)8.5%。重復(fù)性實驗引入的不確定度符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。該方法具有操作方便、分離時間短、靈敏度高、選擇性好等優(yōu)點(diǎn),適用于大多數(shù)食品中有機(jī)磷農(nóng)藥殘留檢測。
[Abstract]:A rapid method for the determination of 16 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and cereals by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was established. The samples were extracted with acetonitrile and pretreated by Qu ECh ERS. Sixteen organophosphorus pesticide residues were detected by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).
