采用放電等離子燒結(jié)對(duì)碳納米材料進(jìn)行摻雜及其復(fù)合材料在電化學(xué)性能方面的研究

【摘要】:隨著化石能源等不可再生能源的利用與開發(fā),一方面造成了能源缺乏,另一方面也污染了我們地球的環(huán)境。因此,尋找一種綠色清潔、無污染、可持續(xù)能源成為了人們迫切的需要。燃料電池是一種綠色、清潔、可再生的能源。但是,作為催化劑的鉑及其合金由于自身在地球的含量較少,價(jià)格昂貴且穩(wěn)定性和抗毒性都比較差,限制了其在商業(yè)上的應(yīng)用和發(fā)展。碳納米材料由于其本身具有良好的導(dǎo)電性和大的比表面積,在燃料電池、析氫材料、超級(jí)電容器等領(lǐng)域上都備受關(guān)注。但是由于碳材料本身的化學(xué)惰性,目前還缺乏一種有效可控的摻雜方法。放電等離子燒結(jié)(SPS)技術(shù)通過低壓大電流作用于樣品顆粒的接觸部分,進(jìn)而在局部地區(qū)會(huì)實(shí)現(xiàn)原子的重組,因此在有雜原子的氣氛下,可以實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)碳納米材料的可控?fù)诫s。本文系統(tǒng)地研究了分別以尿素、B2O3、硫粉作為摻雜劑,石墨烯作為碳源,通過改變燒結(jié)溫度和投料比等實(shí)驗(yàn)參數(shù),從而制備出了氮摻雜、硼摻雜、硫摻雜的石墨烯。同時(shí),還研究了不同摻雜類型的石墨烯的氧還原特性。目前很多文獻(xiàn)證實(shí)了 W2C在電解水產(chǎn)氫方面有很好的應(yīng)用,但制備純相的W2C還十分困難。這里也探索了 SPS方法制備W2c的可能性。主要內(nèi)容如下:(1)以尿素、B2O3、硫粉和石墨烯為原料,采用SPS方法合成雜原子摻雜石墨烯,通過Raman、TEM、SEM、XPS、XRD等對(duì)其形貌及結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征。并利用CV、LSV、計(jì)時(shí)電流等測(cè)試研究了其在0.1 M KOH溶液中的氧還原電催化活性。(2)以仲鎢酸銨和多壁碳納米管為原料,采用SPS方法合成MWCNTs/W2C,通過TEM、SEM、XRD等對(duì)其形貌及結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行表征。并利用LSV等測(cè)試研究了其在0.1MH2SO4溶液中的HER性能。
[Abstract]:With the utilization and development of non-renewable energy such as fossil energy, on the one hand, it causes the lack of energy, on the other hand, it also pollutes the environment of our earth. Therefore, the search for a green, clean, pollution-free, sustainable energy has become an urgent need. Fuel cell is a kind of green, clean and renewable energy. However, platinum and its alloys, as catalysts, are expensive and have poor stability and toxicity because of their low content in the earth, which limits their commercial application and development. Carbon nanomaterials have attracted much attention in fuel cells, hydrogen evolution materials, supercapacitors and other fields because of their good conductivity and large specific surface area. However, due to the chemical inertia of carbon materials, there is still a lack of an effective controllable doping method. Spark plasma sintering (SPS) technology acts on the contact part of the sample particles by low voltage and high current, and then reorganizes the atoms in the local area, so the controllable doping of carbon nanomaterials can be realized in the atmosphere of hetero atoms. In this paper, using urea, B _ 2O _ 3, sulfur powder as dopant and graphene as carbon source, nitrogen, boron and sulfur doping graphene were prepared by changing sintering temperature and feeding ratio. At the same time, the oxygen reduction characteristics of graphene with different doping types were also studied. At present, many literatures have confirmed that W2C has a good application in electrolytic aquatic hydrogen, but it is still very difficult to prepare pure W2C. The possibility of preparing W _ 2C by SPS method is also explored in this paper. The main contents are as follows: (1) hetero-atom-doped graphene was synthesized by SPS from urea, B _ 2O _ 3, sulfur powder and graphene. The morphology and structure of graphene were characterized by Raman,TEM,SEM,XPS,XRD. The electrocatalytic activity of oxygen reduction in 0.1M KOH solution was studied by CV,LSV, chronocurrent. (2) the morphology and structure of MWCNTs/W2C, synthesized by SPS method were characterized by TEM,SEM,XRD et al. (2) ammonium paratungstate and multi-wall carbon nanotubes were used as raw materials. The properties of HER in 0.1MH2SO4 solution were studied by LSV et al.
