金屬有機(jī)骨架材料Fe-MIL-100誘導(dǎo)的鐵基費(fèi)托催化劑的合成及催化性能研究

【摘要】:隨著石油資源的日益枯竭及環(huán)保要求的日益嚴(yán)苛,尋找非石油路線生產(chǎn)清潔燃料的方法迫在眉睫,費(fèi)-托合成是一種以合成氣(CO和H_2)為原料生產(chǎn)液體燃料的高效方法.鐵基費(fèi)-托合成催化劑廣泛應(yīng)用于工業(yè),本工作研究了多孔碳材料包裹的活性組分高度分散的鐵基費(fèi)托催化劑的制備、結(jié)構(gòu)及費(fèi)-托合成反應(yīng)性能.以金屬有機(jī)骨架材料Fe-MIL-100為前驅(qū)體,通過(guò)控制碳化溫度調(diào)節(jié)催化劑金屬負(fù)載量、催化劑粒子尺寸及鐵的相態(tài).研究發(fā)現(xiàn)碳化溫度為500℃所得催化劑在反應(yīng)溫度為260℃、壓力為3 MPa、空速為8000 h~(-1)時(shí)CO轉(zhuǎn)化率達(dá)到68%,展現(xiàn)出優(yōu)良的中溫費(fèi)托合成反應(yīng)性能.
