HPLC法同時(shí)測(cè)定利膽排石片中14個(gè)成分的含量

【摘要】:目的:建立同時(shí)測(cè)定利膽排石片中綠原酸、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、黃芩苷、漢黃芩苷、黃芩素、蘆薈大黃素、大黃酸、漢黃芩素、大黃素、木香烴內(nèi)酯、去氫木香內(nèi)酯、大黃酚共14個(gè)成分的高效液相色譜法。方法:采用Phenomenex Luna 5u-C_(18)色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),以0.5%磷酸水溶液(A)-乙腈(B)為流動(dòng)相,梯度洗脫,流速1 m L·min~(-1),柱溫30℃,檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng):254 nm。結(jié)果:各待測(cè)組分分離度良好;綠原酸、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、黃芩苷、漢黃芩苷、黃芩素、蘆薈大黃素、大黃酸、漢黃芩素、大黃素、木香烴內(nèi)酯、去氫木香內(nèi)酯、大黃酚14個(gè)成分在相應(yīng)的范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,相關(guān)系數(shù)(r)不低于0.999 1,精密度試驗(yàn)的RSD均小于2.0%;平均回收率為97.8%~100.7%。樣品中14個(gè)測(cè)定成分的含量范圍分別為0.05~0.25、0.00~4.30、0.28~1.03、1.39~34.45、2.85~5.71、0.32~0.97、0.89~1.43、0.06~0.33、0.05~0.26、0.43~0.95、0.09~0.38、0.04~0.12、0.03~0.14、0.22~0.54 mg·片~(-1)。結(jié)論:經(jīng)方法學(xué)驗(yàn)證,本方法可用于利膽排石片中綠原酸、柚皮苷、橙皮苷、新橙皮苷、黃芩苷、漢黃芩苷、黃芩素、蘆薈大黃素、大黃酸、漢黃芩素、大黃素、木香烴內(nèi)酯、去氫木香內(nèi)酯、大黃酚14個(gè)成分的含量測(cè)定。
