【摘要】：本文綜述了近幾年制備不同分子量殼聚糖的方法,論述了殼聚糖在生物醫(yī)藥、食品和農(nóng)業(yè)方面的應(yīng)用,分析了開(kāi)發(fā)和應(yīng)用殼聚糖所需要研究和解決的問(wèn)題以及殼聚糖在各方面的應(yīng)用前景。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the methods of preparing chitosan with different molecular weight in recent years are reviewed, and the application of chitosan in biomedicine, food and agriculture is discussed. The problems needed to be studied and solved in the development and application of chitosan and the application prospect of chitosan in various fields were analyzed.
