拉伸倍數(shù)對(duì)ePTFE結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響

【摘要】:對(duì)聚四氟乙烯(polytetrafluoroethylene,PTFE)進(jìn)行拉伸,可以得到膨體聚四氟乙烯(expanded polytetrafluoroethylene,e PTFE).探討拉伸倍數(shù)對(duì)e PTFE結(jié)構(gòu)和性能的影響.結(jié)果表明:隨著拉伸倍數(shù)的增大,簇狀的晶體減少,纖維逐漸增多,微孔增多;隨著拉伸倍數(shù)的增大,e PT泊松比逐漸減小,當(dāng)拉伸倍數(shù)為10時(shí),e PTFE的泊松比為-1.57,在非等溫結(jié)晶過(guò)程中,e PTFE的結(jié)晶焓變減小,半結(jié)晶時(shí)間增大.
[Abstract]:The polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) can be expanded to obtain expanded polytetrafluorethylene (e-PTFE). The effect of stretching multiple on the structure and properties of e-PTFE was discussed. The results show that with the increase of the drawing multiple, the crystal of the cluster is reduced, the fiber is gradually increased, and the number of micropores is increased; with the increase of the drawing multiple, the Poisson's ratio of e PT is gradually reduced, and when the draw ratio is 10, the Poisson's ratio of e PTFE is-1.57, and in the non-isothermal crystallization process, E. The crystallization temperature of the PTFE is reduced, and the half-crystallization time is increased.
