8種云南植物油脂肪酸的氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜測(cè)定

【摘要】:采用氣相色譜-質(zhì)譜聯(lián)用(GC-MS)方法測(cè)定了8種云南植物油脂肪酸含量并對(duì)其差異性進(jìn)行了分析。植物油經(jīng)甲酯化處理后,用GC-MS方法測(cè)定其脂肪酸含量。通過(guò)與標(biāo)準(zhǔn)樣品保留時(shí)間比較和檢索NIST標(biāo)準(zhǔn)譜庫(kù)定性,峰面積歸一化法定量。山茶油和辣木籽油含油酸(C18:1)較高,油酸含量分別為80.47%和71.90%;核桃油和假酸漿籽油含亞油酸(C_(18:2))較高,含量分別為60.75%和70.78%;香薷油和藿香籽油含α-亞麻酸(C_(18:3))較高,含量分別為47.13%和55.08%。橡膠樹(shù)籽油中硬脂酸(C_(18:0))含量9.22%,油酸(C_(18:1))24.07%,亞油酸(C_(18:2))37.17%,α-亞麻酸(C18:3)19.72%,幾種脂肪酸分布較為均勻。藿香籽油中不飽和脂肪酸(UFA)含量最高為93.75%。辣木籽油飽和脂肪酸(SFA)含量最高為23.29%;辣木籽油中花生酸(C_(20:0))、二十碳烯酸(C_(20:1))、榆樹(shù)酸(C_(22:0))和木蠟酸(C_(24:0))含量分別為3.94%、2.73%、6.41%和1.10%,均遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于其他7種植物油相對(duì)應(yīng)的脂肪酸含量,可作為鑒定辣木籽油的重要依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:The fatty acid contents of eight Yunnan vegetable oils were determined by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and their differences were analyzed.
