環(huán)境友好高吸水纖維素海綿的制備及影響工藝

【摘要】:NaOH/尿素水溶液體系低溫溶解纖維素法是一種環(huán)境友好、低成本的纖維素溶解方法。文中以NaOH/尿素水溶液為溶劑體系,微晶纖維素為原料,無水硫酸鈉為成孔劑、精梳棉為增強纖維,利用冷凍法溶解微晶纖維素成功制備了具有高吸水性能的纖維素海綿。通過掃描電子顯微鏡、電子萬能材料試驗機及差重法分析了微晶纖維素濃度、增強纖維濃度、成孔劑濃度以及成孔劑顆粒大小對纖維素海綿形態(tài)結(jié)構(gòu)、密度、拉伸強度及吸水率的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,微晶纖維素質(zhì)量濃度、增強纖維質(zhì)量濃度、成孔劑濃度以及成孔劑顆粒的大小是影響纖維素海綿性能的主要因素。當(dāng)纖維素添加量為m(纖維素)/m(S)=6/100,增強纖維添加量為m(增強纖維)/m(S)=3/100,成孔劑添加量為m(成孔劑)/m(S)=140/100,成孔劑的粒徑在0.125~0.18mm時,纖維素海綿的綜合性能較好,其形態(tài)均勻,吸水性可以達(dá)到900%以上。
[Abstract]:The low temperature dissolution cellulose method of NaOH/ urea aqueous solution system is an environmentally friendly and low cost cellulose dissolution method. In this paper, using NaOH/ urea aqueous solution as solvent system, microcrystal cellulose as raw material, anhydrous sodium sulfate as pore forming agent and combed cotton as reinforcing fiber, cellulose sponge with high water absorption was successfully prepared by dissolving microcrystalline cellulose by freezing method. The morphological structure and density of cellulose sponge were analyzed by scanning electron microscope, electronic universal material testing machine and differential weight method. Effect of tensile strength and water absorption. The results show that the mass concentration of microcrystal cellulose, the mass concentration of reinforced fiber, the concentration of pore forming agent and the size of pore forming agent particles are the main factors affecting the properties of cellulose sponge.
