聚丙烯酰胺溶液的光譜特性及其濃度光學檢測

【摘要】:提出了光學檢測聚丙烯酰胺溶液的方法,利用TU-1901/1900雙光束紫外可見分光光度計、IRPrestige-21傅立葉變換紅外光譜儀測量5~600mg·L-1濃度范圍內(nèi)聚丙烯酰胺溶液的透射光譜,研究了其在波段190~900nm和400~4 000cm~(-1)的光譜特性,進行了其濃度的反演分析。研究表明:聚丙烯酰胺溶液在200~300nm和400~920cm~(-1),2 986~3 684cm~(-1)范圍存在較強吸收特性,其透光度在220nm,2 623cm~(-1)處有一定的線性關系;在紫外波段基于2,3和4個透光度測量值反演其未知濃度的計算誤差最大值分別為6.98%,2.34%和0.79%。
