小兒七星茶口服液指紋圖譜研究

【摘要】:目的建立小兒七星茶口服液HPLC指紋圖譜,表征小兒七星茶口服液的化學(xué)成分信息。方法采用HPLC法建立指紋圖譜并用液質(zhì)聯(lián)用儀鑒定指紋圖譜主要色譜峰。采用Ultimate AQ-C18色譜柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.1%冰醋酸溶液為流動(dòng)相進(jìn)行梯度洗脫;檢測(cè)波長(zhǎng)為300 nm;柱溫為30℃;體積流量為1.0 m L/min。結(jié)果建立了小兒七星茶口服液HPLC指紋圖譜,確認(rèn)并鑒別出共有特征峰12個(gè),21批樣品的相似度達(dá)0.89以上;方法學(xué)考察的精密度、重復(fù)性相似度均達(dá)1.0,36 h內(nèi)樣品穩(wěn)定性相似度達(dá)0.98。結(jié)論所建立的方法穩(wěn)定、可靠、重復(fù)性好,可用于小兒七星茶口服液質(zhì)量控制。
