一種基于喹唑啉酮衍生物的熒光探針對次氯酸根離子的識別

【摘要】:次氯酸根(ClO~-)在人體免疫系統(tǒng)中發(fā)揮著重要的作用,其識別與檢測備受關(guān)注。本文設(shè)計合成了一種含有喹唑啉酮骨架的腙型熒光探針(HEMQ),并通過~1H NMR、~(13)C NMR、高分辨質(zhì)譜(HRMS)表征了其結(jié)構(gòu)。探針HEMQ在V(乙醇)∶V(水)=1∶1(c(PBS)=0.02 mol/L,pH=8.7)溶液中對ClO~-具有良好的選擇性且響應(yīng)快速,熒光發(fā)生顯著猝滅。探針HEMQ對ClO~-具有較高的靈敏度,檢測限為1.0×10-4mol/L。此外,ClO~-可引起探針溶液由黃色到無色的顏色變化,因此HEMQ可作為比色、熒光雙通道響應(yīng)的ClO~-探針。
[Abstract]:Hypochlorite (ClO~-) plays an important role in human immune system, and its recognition and detection have attracted much attention. In this paper, a Hydrazone fluorescent probe (HEMQ), containing quinazolone skeleton was designed and synthesized and its structure was characterized by ~ 1H NMR,~ (13) C NMR, high resolution mass spectrometry (HRMS). The probe HEMQ has good selectivity and fast response to ClO~- in V (ethanol): V (water) = 1:1 (c (PBS) = 0.02 mol/L,pH=8.7 solution, and the fluorescence is quenched significantly. The probe HEMQ has high sensitivity to ClO~-, and the detection limit is 1.0 脳 10 脳 4 mol 路L ~ (- 1). In addition, ClO~- can cause the color change from yellow to colorless in the probe solution, so HEMQ can be used as a colorimetric, fluorescent dual-channel ClO~- probe.
