重鉻酸鉀分光光度法與福林酚比色法測(cè)定茶多酚的比較

【摘要】:運(yùn)用福林酚比色法(GB/T8313-2008)和重鉻酸鉀分光光度法分別對(duì)四種茶葉中茶多酚總量進(jìn)行了測(cè)定。并探討了提取試劑、提取方式及檢測(cè)方式對(duì)茶多酚測(cè)定結(jié)果的影響。結(jié)果表明:提取試劑、提取方式、檢測(cè)方式的不同,茶多酚含量的測(cè)定結(jié)果不同。本實(shí)驗(yàn)中設(shè)置相同的提取條件,福林酚比色法和重鉻酸鉀分光光度法方法測(cè)定的茶多酚含量不同。福林酚比色法測(cè)定結(jié)果為:信陽(yáng)毛尖281.64 mg·g~(-1)、鐵觀音209.85mg·g~(-1)、大紅袍176.38 mg·g~(-1)、普洱餅茶108.40mg·g~(-1);重鉻酸鉀分光光度法測(cè)定結(jié)果為:信陽(yáng)毛尖266.29 mg·g~(-1)、鐵觀音192.96mg·g~(-1)、大紅袍166.49 mg·g~(-1)、普洱餅茶100.60mg·g~(-1);前者比后者檢測(cè)值高出5.76%~8.85%。
[Abstract]:The total amount of tea polyphenols in four kinds of tea was determined by GB/T8313-2008 and potassium dichromate spectrophotometry, respectively. The effects of extraction reagent, extraction method and detection method on the determination of tea polyphenols were also discussed. The results showed that the determination results of tea polyphenols were different with different extraction reagents, extraction methods and detection methods. In this experiment, the content of tea polyphenols determined by fosinophenol colorimetric method and potassium dichromate spectrophotometry was different under the same extraction conditions. The results were as follows: Xinyang Maojian Tea 281.64 mg 路g ~ (- 1), Tieguanyin 209.85mg 路g ~ (- 1), Dahongpao 176.38 mg 路g ~ (- 1), Pu'er cake tea 108.40mg 路g ~ (- 1). The results of potassium dichromate spectrophotometry were as follows: Xinyang Maojian Tea 266.29 mg 路g ~ (- 1), Tieguanyin 192.96mg 路g ~ (- 1), Dahongpao 166.49 mg 路g ~ (- 1), Pu'er cake tea 100.60mg 路g ~ (- 1). The detection value of the former is 5.76% higher than that of the latter.
