安徽茶園茶葉中四種大量元素和七種微量元素的含量分析及生物富集研究(英文)

【摘要】:主要采用電感耦合等離子體質譜技術(inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)測定了安徽茶園茶葉中四種大量元素(Ca,K,Mg,P)和七種微量元素(Al,Mn,Fe,Cu,Zn,Cd和Pb)含量,并進行了生物富集分析。結果表明,嫩葉中Ca,K,Mg和P的含量最高(Ⅰ,3.0mg·g~(-1)),Al,Mn,Zn和Fe的含量次之(Ⅱ,0.2~3.0mg·g~(-1)),Cu,Pb和Cd的含量最低(Ⅲ,0.05mg·g~(-1));而老葉中含量最高的是Ca,K,Mg和Al(Ⅰ,3.0mg·g~(-1)),P,Mn,Zn和Fe的含量次之(Ⅱ,0.2~3.0mg·g~(-1)),Cu,Pb和Cd的含量最低(Ⅲ,0.05mg·g~(-1))。其中,P和Mn是茶葉中富集能力最強的;此外,Cu,Pb和Cd的含量低于相關的限量標準。聚類分析結果表明舒茶早和龍井43兩個品種之間礦質元素的組成沒有顯著性的差異。
