【摘要】：β-環(huán)糊精是一類(lèi)環(huán)狀的、由7個(gè)D-吡喃葡萄糖單元通過(guò)α-1,4-糖苷鍵連接而成的低聚糖,具有"內(nèi)疏水、外親水"的剛性錐形空腔結(jié)構(gòu)。近年來(lái),基于β-環(huán)糊精的超分子體系的制備及應(yīng)用取得前所未有的顯著進(jìn)展。本文主要綜述了β-環(huán)糊精衍生物、低聚物以及多聚物在合成方面的新進(jìn)展,介紹了基于β-環(huán)糊精的分子組裝,以及以β-環(huán)糊精及其修飾物為超分子主體的超分子體系在藥物運(yùn)輸、基因傳遞、催化反應(yīng)、污染治理等方面的最新應(yīng)用。目前,對(duì)β-環(huán)糊精基本性質(zhì)及應(yīng)用的研究已日趨成熟,但仍存在許多實(shí)際性的問(wèn)題需要解決。隨著研究的進(jìn)一步深入,有望實(shí)現(xiàn)β-環(huán)糊精在各領(lǐng)域的大規(guī)模、深層次應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:尾-cyclodextrin (尾-cyclodextrin) is a kind of circular oligosaccharides composed of seven D-glucopyranose units linked by 偽-1, 4-glucoside bonds. It has a rigid conical cavity structure of "internal hydrophobic, external hydrophilic". In recent years, the preparation and application of supramolecular systems based on 尾-cyclodextrin have made unprecedented progress. In this paper, the recent progress in the synthesis of 尾-cyclodextrin derivatives, oligomers and polymers is reviewed, and the molecular assembly based on 尾-cyclodextrin is introduced. And the latest application of supramolecular system with 尾-cyclodextrin and its modifiers as supramolecular agents in drug transport, gene transfer, catalytic reaction, pollution control and so on. At present, the research on the basic properties and application of 尾-cyclodextrin has become more and more mature, but there are still many practical problems to be solved. With the further research, it is expected to realize the large-scale and deep-seated application of 尾-cyclodextrin in various fields.
