SIS微觀結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)及其部分加氫聚合物SEPS的合成研究

【摘要】:論文研究了幾種新型結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)劑N,N-二甲基四氫糠胺(DMTHFA)、四氫糠醇乙基醚(ETE)、四氫糠醇乙基醚/四氫呋喃(ETE/THF)、四氫糠醇乙基醚/十二烷基苯磺酸鈉(ETE/SDBS)對SIS聚異戊二烯段陰離子聚合的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)的影響。在此基礎(chǔ)上,采用環(huán)烷酸鎳-三異丁基鋁復(fù)合催化劑對SIS進行選擇性加氫,制備了中、高異丙基含量的SEPS,并對其性能進行了研究。研究表明:DMTHFA、ETE為高效的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)劑。DMTHFA作為調(diào)節(jié)劑,聚合溫度為50℃反應(yīng)時,R值(調(diào)節(jié)劑與引發(fā)劑摩爾比)在0.08~1.27范圍內(nèi),聚異戊二烯3,4-結(jié)構(gòu)可以控制在7.4%~64.1%。ETE作為調(diào)節(jié)劑,聚合溫度為50℃反應(yīng)時,R值在0.21~1.46范圍內(nèi),聚異戊二烯3,4-結(jié)構(gòu)可以控制在11%~54%。采用ETE/THF復(fù)合調(diào)節(jié)劑,在相同的R值時,其調(diào)節(jié)能力優(yōu)于單獨使用ETE的情況。采用ETE/SDBS復(fù)合調(diào)節(jié)劑,較單獨使用ETE的情況,調(diào)節(jié)能力有所提高,在ETE含量比較低的情況下復(fù)合效果明顯,聚異戊二烯3,4-結(jié)構(gòu)幾乎等于單獨使用二者的加和。DMTHFA、ETE、ETE/THF、ETE/SDBS對3,4-結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)節(jié)能力隨溫度的升高而下降,DMTHFA、ETE/THF、ETE/SDBS的調(diào)節(jié)能力受升溫的影響小。SIS加氫小試研究表明:加氫度隨n(Al):n(Ni)的增加先升高后降低,當n(Al):n(Ni)=3.8時,SEPS的加氫度最高。增大催化劑的加入量,相同條件下SIS加氫度升高。聚合過程中加入的結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)節(jié)劑對加氫有負面影響;隨著調(diào)節(jié)劑加入量的增加,加氫度降低,且?guī)追N調(diào)節(jié)劑的影響順序為:DMTHFAETETHF。SIS環(huán)己烷溶液的不飽和雙鍵濃度對加氫度的影響先升高后下降,在1OOOmmol/L時加氫度最高。比較低溫長時間陳化和高溫短時間陳化,發(fā)現(xiàn)后者加氫催化活性更高。陳化時環(huán)烷酸鎳濃度控制在鎳元素質(zhì)量分數(shù)為0.01%時催化活性較高。對SEPS以及SIS進行表征,通過FI-IR和1H-NMR分析發(fā)現(xiàn)SIS聚異戊二烯段加氫活性為1,2-結(jié)構(gòu)3,4-結(jié)構(gòu)1,4結(jié)構(gòu)。對聚合物的性能測試發(fā)現(xiàn):隨著3,4-結(jié)構(gòu)與苯乙烯含量增加,SEPS及SIS的拉伸強度增加,斷裂伸長率降低,邵氏硬度變大。加氫度增加,SEPS的拉伸強度將降低,斷裂伸長率增加,邵氏硬度變小。SEPS的熔融指數(shù)隨著3,4-結(jié)構(gòu)含量增加而增大;隨著加氫度的增加而減小。此外相對分子量的增大以及苯乙烯含量增加也會導(dǎo)致熔融指數(shù)變小。
