黃管秦艽UPLC指紋圖譜研究

【摘要】:目的:建立黃管秦艽和大葉秦艽的UPLC指紋圖譜,對兩者指紋圖譜進(jìn)行相似度評價,為其質(zhì)量控制提供有力依據(jù)。方法:超高效液相色譜法建立指紋圖譜,色譜柱ACQUITY UPLC湟BEH C18柱(50 mm×2.1 mm,1.7μm),流動相甲醇-0.04%磷酸溶液梯度洗脫,流速0.3 m L/min,檢測波長242 nm,柱溫30℃。采用"中藥色譜指紋圖譜相似度評價系統(tǒng)"(2004 A版)分析指紋區(qū)和特征峰。結(jié)果:標(biāo)定了黃管秦艽13個共有峰,13批黃管秦艽藥材都有較高的相似度(0.976~0.997),用于指紋圖譜適用性檢驗的大葉秦艽與黃管秦艽也有較高的相似度(0.998)。結(jié)論:該方法準(zhǔn)確可靠,可用于黃管秦艽藥材的質(zhì)量控制。
