植物焦炭氧化中的平行反應(yīng)及其動(dòng)力學(xué)解析

【摘要】:通過建立多組分平行反應(yīng)模型和開展非線性動(dòng)力學(xué)解析,理論上探索植物焦炭氧化中的平行反應(yīng)以及其對(duì)焦炭氧化反應(yīng)活性影響的機(jī)制.運(yùn)用高溫管式爐并通入高純氮?dú)庵苽渲参锝固?熱處理溫度分別設(shè)定為450、520和800℃.運(yùn)用同步熱分析儀開展空氣氣氛中植物焦炭線性升溫氧化實(shí)驗(yàn),并通過對(duì)熱重和質(zhì)量損失速率實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行擬合以獲取焦炭氧化動(dòng)力學(xué)參數(shù)值.解析結(jié)果證實(shí),對(duì)于低中熱處理溫度(450和520℃)制得的焦炭,其質(zhì)量損失速率及對(duì)應(yīng)的熱流率曲線的變化特征主要是由殘留木質(zhì)素、無定形碳及粗脂肪和粗蛋白等其它反應(yīng)物質(zhì)的平行氧化反應(yīng)疊加而成;當(dāng)熱處理溫度達(dá)到800℃時(shí),焦炭中活性物質(zhì)基本為無定形碳,氧化則可簡化為無定形碳的單步反應(yīng).殘留木質(zhì)素氧化反應(yīng)的活化能最低,范圍為86~147 k J·mol-1,相應(yīng)的溫度作用區(qū)間為300~480℃;無定形碳的活化能為174~208kJ·mol-1,反應(yīng)溫度在370~520℃之間;其它物質(zhì)的反應(yīng)活化能為214~225 k J·mol-1,溫度作用區(qū)間在420~510℃之間.焦炭的氧化活性主要由殘留木質(zhì)素含量決定.隨著熱處理溫度升高,殘留木質(zhì)素含量降低,同時(shí)另兩個(gè)反應(yīng)組分的氧化活化能均有所增大,導(dǎo)致焦炭的氧化反應(yīng)活性下降.
