【摘要】：拉曼光譜技術(shù)是一種通過(guò)光與物質(zhì)的相互作用產(chǎn)生的非彈性散射光來(lái)進(jìn)行檢測(cè)的光學(xué)技術(shù),可以提供細(xì)胞、組織或生物流體的化學(xué)指紋信息。隨著相關(guān)技術(shù)及光學(xué)儀器的發(fā)展,拉曼光譜在醫(yī)學(xué)領(lǐng)域中的研究進(jìn)展日新月異。作者概述了目前用于醫(yī)學(xué)診斷的幾種拉曼光譜技術(shù),并以組織及生物流體為檢測(cè)對(duì)象分類,介紹拉曼光譜目前在醫(yī)學(xué)診斷中的應(yīng)用及研究進(jìn)展,探討其成為臨床常規(guī)檢查方法的價(jià)值及前景。
[Abstract]:Raman spectroscopy is an optical technique which can be detected by inelastic scattering light produced by the interaction of light and substance. It can provide chemical fingerprint information of cells, tissues or biological fluids. With the development of related technology and optical instruments, the research of Raman spectroscopy in the field of medicine is changing with each passing day. In this paper, several kinds of Raman spectroscopy techniques used in medical diagnosis are summarized, and the tissue and biological fluid are classified. The application and research progress of Raman spectroscopy in medical diagnosis are introduced, and the application and development of Raman spectroscopy in medical diagnosis are introduced in this paper. To discuss the value and prospect of clinical routine examination.
