長(zhǎng)期綠肥翻壓對(duì)西北旱地小麥籽粒礦質(zhì)元素含量的影響

【摘要】:綠肥對(duì)保障作物高產(chǎn)、土壤培肥和養(yǎng)分高效利用有重要影響,但長(zhǎng)期翻壓綠肥對(duì)旱地小麥籽粒礦質(zhì)元素的影響尚不清楚。故依托甘肅武威25年長(zhǎng)期定位試驗(yàn),采集試驗(yàn)中不施肥、化肥和綠肥3個(gè)處理的小麥成熟期籽粒樣品,利用電感耦合等離子體質(zhì)譜儀(ICP-MS)技術(shù)分析了長(zhǎng)期綠肥翻壓對(duì)小麥籽粒礦質(zhì)元素的影響。結(jié)果表明,綠肥處理下小麥籽粒大部分礦質(zhì)元素含量較不施肥處理有增加趨勢(shì),其中硅、鐵和銣元素含量均較不施肥和化肥處理顯著增加;綠肥處理下籽粒重金屬元素與不施肥處理無(wú)顯著性差異,但鎳含量較化肥處理表現(xiàn)增加。因而,長(zhǎng)期綠肥翻壓能有效提高旱地小麥部分礦質(zhì)營(yíng)養(yǎng)元素,有利于在保障小麥高產(chǎn)的同時(shí)提高籽粒營(yíng)養(yǎng)品質(zhì),但也應(yīng)關(guān)注綠肥翻壓對(duì)重金屬元素在土壤-作物系統(tǒng)中行為的影響。
[Abstract]:Green manure plays an important role in ensuring high yield of crops, soil fertilization and efficient utilization of nutrients. However, the effect of long-term overpressing green fertilizer on the mineral elements of wheat grains in dry land is still unclear. Therefore, relying on the 25-year long-term positioning experiment in Wuwei, Gansu Province, the grain samples of wheat during ripening period were collected without fertilization, chemical fertilizer and green fertilizer. Inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP-MS) was used to analyze the effects of long-term green manure pressure on the mineral elements in wheat grains. The results showed that the contents of most of the mineral elements in wheat grains under green fertilizer treatment were higher than those in non-fertilization treatments, and the contents of silicon, iron and rubidium elements in wheat grains were significantly higher than those in non-fertilization and chemical fertilizer treatments. There was no significant difference in heavy metal elements between green manure treatment and non-fertilization treatment, but the nickel content was higher than that of chemical fertilizer treatment. Therefore, long-term green manure toppressing can effectively improve some mineral nutrient elements of dry-land wheat, which is beneficial to the improvement of grain nutrition quality while ensuring high yield of wheat. But we should also pay attention to the effect of green manure on the behavior of heavy metal elements in soil-crop system.
