【摘要】：目的建立HPLC法同時測定咳速停膠囊(麻黃、罌粟殼、桔梗等)中4種成分的含有量。方法咳速停膠囊三氯甲烷-濃氨提取液的分析采用Welch Ultimate~?XB-C_(18)色譜柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.01 mol/L磷酸二氫鉀緩沖液為流動相,等度洗脫;體積流量1.0 m L/min;柱溫35℃;檢測波長210 nm。結(jié)果嗎啡、鹽酸麻黃堿、鹽酸偽麻黃堿、磷酸可待因分別在8.054~67.12μg/m L(r=0.999 5)、22.31~185.9μg/m L(r=0.999 9)、21.26~177.2μg/m L(r=0.999 7)、1.212~10.09μg/m L(r=0.999 7)范圍內(nèi)線性關(guān)系良好,平均加樣回收率(n=9)分別為100.9%、101.4%、105.3%、106.2%,RSD分別為2.0%、3.6%、1.2%、1.2%。結(jié)論該方法快速簡便,可用于咳速停膠囊的質(zhì)量控制。
