[Abstract]:Positive organic analysis is the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the composition and structure of organic compounds. The research content covers separation, purification, identification and determination, etc. It is the extension of analytical chemistry in the field of organic chemistry. It is also one of the important means of understanding the organic world. Organic analysis can be traced back to the end of the 18th century, scientists used organic analytical methods to study organic matter, found that only a few elements such as carbon, hydrogen, oxygen and nitrogen constitute a large number of organic compounds. At the beginning of the 20th century, analytical chemistry gradually developed into a discipline, and established the classical chemical analysis method, which was applied to the microanalysis of organic elements. With the development and penetration of modern physics and electronics, organic analysis broke through classical chemistry.
