【摘要】：目的建立氣相色譜法同時測定雌性柞蠶蛾中棕櫚酸、棕櫚油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亞油酸、α-亞麻酸6種成分的含量。方法樣品甲酯化后,采用Agilent VF-23 ms毛細管柱(30 m×0.25 mm,0.25μm),柱溫程序升溫,進樣口:250℃,FID檢測器:300℃,流速:0.6 m L·min~(-1),進樣量:1μL。結(jié)果棕櫚酸、棕櫚油酸、硬脂酸、油酸、亞油酸、α-亞麻酸質(zhì)量濃度分別在0.032~0.288、0.0064~0.058、0.0064~0.058、0.049~0.443、0.015~0.137、0.083~0.745 g·L~(-1)內(nèi)呈良好的線性關(guān)系(r≥0.999 1),平均回收率為97.8%~99.6%(RSD≤1.7%,n=9)。結(jié)論該方法可用于控制雌性柞蠶蛾藥材和飲片的質(zhì)量。
