醛肟萃取劑萃取分離廢鋰離子電池中的銅

【摘要】:用N902和AD100兩種萃取劑分別分離萃取廢鋰離子電池浸出液中的銅,考察了初始p H值、萃取劑濃度、相比(O/A)和萃取時(shí)間對(duì)銅回收率的影響.結(jié)果表明,室溫下,在初始p H 3.0、萃取劑濃度20%(?)及O/A=1:1、萃取時(shí)間240 s的條件下,N902對(duì)銅的一級(jí)萃取率達(dá)98.3%;在初始p H 3.0、萃取劑濃度25%(?)及O/A=1:1、萃取時(shí)間180 s的條件下,AD100對(duì)銅的一級(jí)萃取率達(dá)97.1%.經(jīng)硫酸溶液反萃后,2種萃取劑一次反萃率均高于95%,均能高效萃取分離銅,效果接近.
[Abstract]:Two extractants, N902 and AD100, were used to separate and extract copper from the leaching solution of waste lithium ion battery. The effects of initial pH value, extractant concentration, specific ratio (Oa) and extraction time on the recovery of copper were investigated. The results showed that at room temperature, at initial pH 3.0, the extractant concentration was 20% (?) When the extraction time was 240 s, the first-order extraction rate of copper by N902 reached 98.3%, and at initial pH 3.0, the concentration of extractant was 25% (?) When the extraction time was 180s, the first-order extraction rate of copper by AD100 was up to 97.1%. After stripping with sulfuric acid solution, the primary stripping rates of the two extractants are all higher than 95%, and both of them can efficiently extract and separate copper. The results are close to those of the two extractants.
